I agree that I am personally liable for the above payment and if the person, company or association indicated by me as being responsible for the same, and he does not do so, then my liability for such payment shall be joint and several with such person, company or association. For Non-payment or delayed payment shall be subject to interest @18% per annum. All disputes are subject to city jurisdiction.
